i will find this for you, i just had mine sent to me via the automated website, it comes from the records dept in st louis mo. will have to wait till to morrow.

Here's a website which can help you order a new DD form 214 on-line. Ordering on-line would be faster than going through the VA or doing it through the mail or over the phone.

The VA. Go to www.va.gov. Only PAGE 4 is public record. PAGE 1 is only given to you. There are actually 8 PAGES of your DD 214 that get distributed to a variety of different government agencies.

I think you are in a world of hurt. When I ETS in 1971, they told us that if you lose it, it cannot be replaced. I believe them.
