Some guy wanted to know about how much money it costs to launch a boat on blocks in his yard 4 miles from the water, My answer was a tongue in cheek referance to Al gore's movie on global warming saying just wait awhile and the water will come to you and it was removed very confusing considering the HATE that is allowed to remain.

I have been watching some programs on the military channel and "Guns of the world" and they pretty much agree that the AK47 is a superior assault rifle over the M16. These are opinions from military people who use and test weapons. If this is the case, why doesn't the U.S. military either adopt the AK47 as the Nato weapon or develop a new one based on the AK47. I would think the military would want the best there is. I know U.S. pride is a factor.

Especially, compared with other presidents, his advisors, and the glut of media hounds that were ready to pounce on any dirt they could find just to earn a dime. I guess I could ask the exact same question about President Clinton.

I need more suggestions please.

Two years back, during my H1 interview in US Consulate (Delhi), I shown myself 'unmarried'. Actually, I was married three days before. I done this to ease my H1 visa.

After getting my H1 visa approved, I managed to get another marriage certificate of post interview date.

My question is: If someone inform embassy about my intentional mistake, can they cancel my visa? Will there be any effect on my green card?

Can I myself admit the error and represent the embassy to avoid future problems?

Please guide me as my spouse with whom my divorce is pending may complain to USCIS/ Consulate with actual marriage certificate containing my signatures which indicates my marriage prior to my visa interview in which I answered as "unmarried"

Please please please guide me, I am in a deep trouble. Should I admit my fault on my behalf. What are the chances?

Thanks in advance.

She has not followed legal prceedures, entered our flat without permission, and has now said that as we don't keep windows OPEN, as per the lease, (it's winter for Gods sake) she wishes to end the tenancy. This she is doing, without giving us our legal 2 months notice as she is using a section 12 against us.

A woman can choose to not have a baby no matter what anyone else thinks , including the father. So a woman does not have to deal with the consequences of her actions if she chooses not to.

But a man has no choice, he is forced to go along with whatever decision the woman makes, where is the equality there. Since we allow woman to skirt their responsibility, shoudln't men be afforded the same rights?

Also, what is up with the "keep it in his pats" comments. If we women had our pants on then men wouldnt be inclined to remove it from their pants in the first place.

My ex-girlfriend told me she was pregnant when I was released from jail only for three weeks and she was already a month. There were some questions about me being the father but eventually left it alone. She had the baby and gave the child my last name. None of this was a big deal because I thought my name wasn't on the certificate. Recently she said she wanted to sue me for support or for me to give up my rights. I didn't think nothing of it because I wasn't on the certificate. I decided to go get a copy and found out she did put me on but I didn't see how she could've done this if I never signed the acknowledgement of paternity in the hospital. I contacted the hospital and they told me she claimed we were married! They gave me a copy of the form and I found out she forged my signature! She did such a good job of it that they told me they don't see how any court is going to believe me. The staff that signed the certificate even told me she didn't remember me. Help how can I fix this?

They don't give enough room to properly word the question, so let me clear myself up. If a woman gets pregnant, and decides to have the baby, though the father wants it aborted, should he have to pay child support for that child? Why or why not? Thanks!

If this is so, then why are the abortionists projecting their morality on the unborn? They are saying, in effect, "It is my moral belief that you should not live." Actually, this is not a projection of morality, but a projection of immorality. What is needed in the case of abortion is that we do project morality into the situation, because certainly it is better to project morality than to project immorality. If those who are able to protect the innocent in this way do not do so, then who will?

Contrary to what the abortionist says, what our society needs most is a projection of morality. People need, for example, to project moral concern on others whenever they get behind the wheel. This would save many lives. In fact, if those who drink would not drive, this would be a greatly appreciated projection of morality for the 25,000 people who will otherwise fall victim to drunk drivers this year.
