I think he is, Clinton after all is a Rhodes Scholar. He's smarter not only intellectually but in a common sense way as well. George W. Bush should never have been elected President. He's been way over his head since day one and I don't care what party he's affiliated with. I'd say the same thing if he were a Dem, Libertarian, Independent or whatever..........

i don't be attentive to approximately intelligence, yet Clinton become honestly greater pushed. Clinton become a self made guy who got here from a modest small city Southern relatives. Yes. All one has to do is listen to them. Bush can barely complete a sentence without a script to read and hates being asked difficult questions. Clinton is well-informed about a wide range of issues, curious, and thoughtful. Bush may have 'big ideas' about what he wants for the world and the country, I'm sure, but he does not have much knowledge or intellect. And so you don't think this is just a partisan point, I would say Nixon was a very smart president.

You gotta' be kidding. Bill Clinton has a genius level IQ and is considered the smartest president we've ever had. Bush on the other hand is considered the stupidest. Intelligence certainly isn't the final mark of a man, but it's a little scary that a guy that isn't even average can get elected. I'd sure like to know how he got into the Air Force reserve and flight school to avoid the Vietnam war.
