Is Fry's being sued for selling reconditioned mechanidise as new?

A friend of mine told me Fry's has a coupe of pending lawsuits alleging that Fry's is selling reconditioned mechandise as "brand new." Any truth in this?

It wouldn't surprise me, Fry's upper management(like most of corporate America) is certainly sleazy enough to do this.

if it is true, it will hurt their reputation. that is fraud bigtime.
