Sorry Uncle Baby, I didn't make any such claims of money making. And in this example the President did intervene in the award process. Do your own research or at least wait for the correct answer, because it hasn't been given yet.

{answer} 1992, DynaCorp won the contract to supply ground support to troops in Bosnia. President Clinton intervened, negated the award and ordered the contract be given to Haliburton, who was already in country with boots on the ground.

The Perez does not decide who gets what contracts, and for future reference, Halliburton is not the money maker you would like to think it is. Do some research, the company has not been able to be sold the two times it was up for acquisition.(that I know of) It's just not the Devils haven you want it to be.

I know that Bush has given Halliburton contracts to build large concentration camps for Americans for when the feds declare marshal law.after some other so called terrorist attack occurs. and they declare war on a country they pick to be the ones that did the terrorist act.and start drafting the young men.Y'all
