I need more suggestions please.

Two years back, during my H1 interview in US Consulate (Delhi), I shown myself 'unmarried'. Actually, I was married three days before. I done this to ease my H1 visa.

After getting my H1 visa approved, I managed to get another marriage certificate of post interview date.

My question is: If someone inform embassy about my intentional mistake, can they cancel my visa? Will there be any effect on my green card?

Can I myself admit the error and represent the embassy to avoid future problems?

Please guide me as my spouse with whom my divorce is pending may complain to USCIS/ Consulate with actual marriage certificate containing my signatures which indicates my marriage prior to my visa interview in which I answered as "unmarried"

Please please please guide me, I am in a deep trouble. Should I admit my fault on my behalf. What are the chances?

Thanks in advance.

When people write to complain that they can't get a visa to come to the US, or there are long delays in their cases, it is because of people like you who have intentionally lied to get some sort of immigration benefit from the US government.

You lied that you were not married so it would be easier to get an H1b visa, then you bought a fraudulent marriage certificate to support your claim, then you applied for your wife to come to the US and now she is leaving you and you are afraid of your past deeds - good! You are an example of everything that is wrong with our immigration system - the loop holes and technicalities that are exploited by citizens of other countries, who then enter the US and lie again to get other benefits to which they are not entitled, then cheat on their taxes, so that someone else is paying for everything. In this case, I hope for nothing more, or less, than karma.

Is there much of a difference between the origional and the fake certificates? If not, Id say just keep quiet, maybe you can accuse your ex spouse of lying to make problems for you?!?!

i will not tell you to make another lie of your visa ......
you may see yourself revoked of your visa and have some severes penalties ,such as being deported and not being able ever to come back ,or never enter the country again ?
i am not sure of what to tell you to do ? i am sorry .......
that was two years ago ?
do as you wish now for i do not know what would happen to you ?
not sure it would be good ?

Being dishonest is bad enough but being dishonest in a major thing as you have is pure out right ignorance and ignorance will be condemned.
Admitting your fault will not matter , you lied .
