Each state has a seperate house of representatives within their state which is elected by each district of the state. (We pee-ons elect our representatives) The number of representatives a state can have is determined by the number of people within the state. The larger the state the more districts so that translates into more representatives for that state. Each state has a state capitol where the representatives meet to vote on issues for us.
