My wife and I spent our honeymoon in CR and toured the whole country from San Jose to Guanacaste Province. We were amazed at the friendliness of the people, intelligence and gov'ts committment to educating the people and bringing prosperity.

With the election of Ortega to the north, the history of Ortega's bullying of Costa Rica and the lack of a military to protect it is Costa Rica in danger of losing all the progress it has made for it's people?

Will this lead to a military with teeth backed by the U.S.?

Bottom line is we were touched by the beauty of the coutnry and the people and are afraid for it's future.

How it is the Saddam is sentenced to death for killing 148 Iraqis who were planning on assassinating him but you have a incoherent animal that has killed over 2,000 Americans and has killed something like 47,000 Iraqis give or take is allowed to remain President without being brought up on charges of War Crimes. So my question is when will Mr. Bush’s trial take place and will he ever see justice?

When they fill out the voter registration card the only thing they can put for an address would be something like, 'live in the park' or 'under a freeway overpass'. But no actual address.

So could they still vote?

I am a registered voter and have voted before, but it was by absentee ballot while in college. Now that I am back in my home county, I would like to vote in tommorrow's election. How do I vote? Do I need my voter registration card or any other documentation to be able to go to a voting center and vote? Thanks!

This is one for the Americans:

I saw an episode of "The 3 Stooges" a few hours ago, where they accidentally break into the U.S tresurary and in the last scene, the president says to all three of them "In light of these events I'm giving you three Executive Clemency." what does that mean? does it mean he was letting them off? (I'm British, so I would like to know!) Cheers.

How do I get this person removed from my neighborhood?

What are the rules as far as how close he can be next to children. Like if there is a child walking down the street from his house can be be removed?

If I start following this person and just taking pictures if I see anything weird that he does is this illegal. Especially if I find him doing something.

I live in Maryland by the way....
