I'd give him a 6.5. Plusses: foreign policy; economic policy (especially the tax cuts), attempting to deal with the Social Security mess. Minuses: religious posturing, stem cell research veto, no control of domestic spending.

Speaking as a Democrat thats a pretty high rating.
He'll get alot of blame for things he couldnt control ie 9-11, and Katrina, and he'll get alot of praise for things in which he directly affected a significant change to.
Terrorism, Gas prices falling back to normal, and the economy getting back together.

i dont believe a minus infinity would register. we should do like the anchient egyptions did and when he is gone strike his name from all records make it a crime to speak his name then plow his ranch in crawford under and sow salt into the earth so nothing will ever grow there again.
