How it is the Saddam is sentenced to death for killing 148 Iraqis who were planning on assassinating him but you have a incoherent animal that has killed over 2,000 Americans and has killed something like 47,000 Iraqis give or take is allowed to remain President without being brought up on charges of War Crimes. So my question is when will Mr. Bush’s trial take place and will he ever see justice?

Allin…: The thing is that 9/11 had nothing to do with Saddam or Iraq it had to do with the Taliban and Bin Laden and have you noticed that we haven’t done anything about Bin Laden. When it comes down to it Mr. Bush had to finish what daddy couldn’t. War is war and people will die but this wasn’t a necessary war the war should have wiped out the Taliban and even that’s not going well. But hey… Bush managed to throw a semi stable country into Chaos and just furthered Muslim anger towards the U.S. therefore making terror more of a possibly… Let’s all thank our Great Emperor (Oops President) Hip Hip Hooray!!!!

Straight... I never defended him Saddam… All I said was if Saddam went to trial and is being held responsible for what he did why shouldn’t Bush Be held Responsible for what he is doing? How could blame not lie at the president’s feet he appointed these people that you say gave him bad intelligence has anyone been fired… I know if I was I supervised workers and the work came out wrong I would be the one losing my job so why shouldn’t it be the same for him just because he’s president he should be above the law?

We're so far into the mud, that the sentencing of Saddam will change nobody's mind about hte war. There is not a feeling of triumph.

Nice comparison, but different beast. People are inevitably going to die in war, and this war was begun according to the constitution and with the consent of the Senate. Bush did not lie, but was given the same faulty information as all of the others. Therefore, you cannot hold Bush liable for the deaths. Also, these people were wanted to assassinate Saddam because he had killed so many of them and wanted to extinguish the Kurds; they were protecting themselves. It is crazy that you are defending Saddam, maybe even sick.

Do you have any idea how many Americans we lost in past wars. So I am assuming that your belief is that we should have done nothing about 9/11. We should have let Saddam do what ever he wanted, let him ignore the U.N. weapon inspections teams, is that what you think? I guess to you it would be okay if noone died during the war. I got news for you, in a war people die!

First relax for a minute. Iraq has a legal system similar to Italy. A conviction means nothing. There will be years of appeals and dead witnesses.

Go big Red Go

Give me a break! How ludicrous to suggest that the President is guilty on war crimes for liberating Iraq. Would you have considered FDR guilty for war crimes too? We averaged over 6600 American deaths per month, and who knows how many died in the liberation of France?

the question i have to ask you is why aren't you fighting in this war... and why do you have they right to say these things without getting kidnap ed and murdered... its the freedoms they are fighting for that they are trying to protect.... on any given day a insurmountable about of questions go across his desk... and without a doubt many are wrong... we could issue a world into non-violence on our part... but if that was to happen you would not have the freedoms and rights you currently Cherish...

he is our president... stand by him... he was voted in by our people.... and that cannot be changed... judge him after he leaves office because it will do nothing positive for this country to judge his failures and surceases before they are tried and true
