I rather doubt it, because most industrialised countries which manufacture arms and poison gas earn a lot of foreign exchange with those, and they protect the industries which produce them. Officially it might be against their national laws, but those exports are never shown openly in their statistics. The public only becomes aware of them when there is a scandal. Only then will the governments fall over themselves to produce a scapegoat.

Why would they? The gas used is not dangerous until it's used. That's like saying that the manufactures of guns should be sentenced for every death. A gun is just a chunk of metal until someone picks it up and fires it. So where would you stop? The gas supplier? They manufacture? The chemists? The mustard farmers who planted the seeds? The kid on the end of the street who carried the seeds in his shoes because he walked through the farmland. Come one, the ones responsible are the ones who used it, no one else.

I hate to burst you'll bubble but two top CIA Chiefs lost their jobs offering to testify on Saddam behalf, saying the Iranians not Saddam gassed the Kurds. "Retired Army War College prof. and CIA analyst (6 years) answers questions ranging from the gassing of the Kurds in Halabja [Iraq was not responsible, nor was it genocide by the Iranians], to Israel's push for war on Iraq; and the "chief enemy of the peace movement, the media."

Americans believe what the want, you're a racist if you love the Confederacy or its flag, Saddam did this or that. The CIA reports that Saddam did not gas the Kurds! If you do not believe that file a Freedom of Information Request, see FOIA site below it fills out the request for you (I did -he didn't). But see for your self!

No, they got a guilty verdict which is what they wanted in time for the election, so no one else will be charged. This trial was a waste of time and money. Everyone knew he would be found guilty and the penalty would be death. Now let's see when they actually arrange the hanging. Probably in 2008 in time for the presidental election.

Nazi? heavily? you quite imagine it really is how you are able to get your message for the era of? ok, high quality. i will take it heavily for the point of answering this question. There have not in any respect been any U.S. Presidents who were contributors of the Nazi party. So the answer is, "No Nazi President offered Saddam Hussein with the gas he became meant to have used to kill the Kurds." As a liberal who does not help Dubya, i'd ask that you re-word this question. i encounter it offensive.

Even if you could charge Rumsfeld, Bush would just give him a pardon. Now if you could find a way to get him before a judge at the Hague you would have a chance.

Reagan is already dead, so you can't charge him. The rest of the ones responsible are presently in the Bush administration.
