I suggest you find out the laws in MD for the rules of Child Sex Offenders living in neighborhoods. Otherwise you will get nothing but speculation here. And sympathy.
I'm in OH and there is a WEB site the local county has that I signed up for notification any time a 'convicted' sex offender, which may or may not be a child offender, moves into the area. There are regulations as to how close to schools they can live but that is about it. The site is for information only and we are not allowed to harass these people in any way. It is to make us aware and if we choose to let our children know who these people are. Mine are 14 & 12 so I do review the locations with them and make sure they stay in the more immediate area.

I believe each state has different laws regarding what can be done with the sex offender information. Where I live, the police send notifications to all the homes in a neighborhood when a sex offender moves in. Check with your local police department. I wouldn't follow this person and take pictures. You could get in trouble. Unfortunately, released sex offenders have to live somewhere. Once you look into it, you would be surprised how many are out there. One thing to keep in mind is that sex offenders are allowed to leave their homes. Even if you didn't have one living in your neighborhood, one could walk down your street at any time. They go to stores, libraries, malls, etc. Your best defense is to assume sex offenders are around, and take the appropriate precautions with your children. Good luck.

You can't do anything to get them removed from your neighborhood...unfortunately they have rights.. there are rules as to how close they can live to schools, day cares, etc.... but not a neighborhood it's self... before you go picket his house however.. find out why he is a sex offender... sex offenders usually aren't the same as sexual predators.. a sex offender could be an 18 year old senior that had sex with a 16 year old junior in high school.. so before you jump to conclusions.. look into what he was convicted for

Give it a rest. I'm tired of hearing about sex offenders. You want to know why? I looked at the US department of justice website cause I was curious. 90% of people who commit these sort of crimes are friends and family. You know what that means? The guy in your living room is statistically more likely going to molest you or your kids than the guy down the street. Make sure your own house is ok before you look at others.

This appears like an undesirable difficulty, i'm scared that police would not look to pay any interest to it, that may no longer good. i contemplate whether there are different businesses available which would be annoying approximately this style of case. have you ever considered those web pages the place you will discover intercourse offenders on your section. i might circulate to a sort of internet site, and see what corporation keeps it, who's in fee - they should have a acceptance, a telephone selection there, i'm specific. desire this gets resolved!

You can't do any of those things without committing a crime of stalking or harrassment. It's not your job to police this man, it's his parole officers.
No-one wants him to live nearby - not you, your neighbors, or any other town in the US. We all have them living around us, because the law does not say 'lock them up forever'.
Unless the law changes, or he commits a parole violation, you are stuck with him.

I think he can not be removed just on the grounds that some time he remain involved in child sex however if whole community dislikes him then community councilor can ask him to either shift to other place or give sufficient surety.

I don't think there is any legal recourse unless the person is actively breaking the law.
