What a horrible question. Let me reword it:
"If you could senselessly and carelessly murder millions of innocent men, women, children and infants, what country would you choose in which to carry out this genocide?"
None. No country. Every human life is priceless. The audacity of people who think they have the right to kill other humans never fails to amaze me.

None. If I had the ability I would eliminate all nuclear weapons permanently. They were invented out of war time panic and were refined and arsenals built up out of cold war panic. There's no reason to have them now, if there ever was a good reason.

i truely dont think that anyone understands the consequences of what would happen if we nuked another country!!!!!!!! you cant just nuke a country, so many other countrys would be against us for even using a nuke, its best we let them TRY and use one first so we can flex our muscle again......
