I'm an active political party member in college yet i want to withdraw form my party because it's causing me too much trouble with the administration and i'm not really sure the party's cause is worth fighting all those people... What's the best way to do that without embarrassing myself or my party. Thanx

So many of you on here love to bash on Americans for their views on immigration controls? You were born here and raised here and will be dirrectly affected by out of control illegal immigration, yet you are more that proud to claim loyalty and defend those that are breaking YOUR AMERICAN LAWS! You are American, are you not? Where is your pride and loyalty?

Just been watching news, and apparently the milatary are holding seperate training classes for muslims in the BRITISH army. Is this right? I am fiercely proud of the british army, and think they are amongst the best in the world. part of this success is because of how patriotic they are, and how they work fantastically as a team. It doesnt seem right to segregate muslims from other british personnel when they're all fighting for te same side does it? or am i bein over anti politally correct?

This question is for people who support George W. Bush. Less than 35% of America agrees with you. That makes you an extremist fringe. Do you think that the vast majority of Americans are just stupid for not supporting Bush?

I am defnitely split on the issue of the death penalty. My question is why don't we let the victims of their crimes ... or the remaining victim of their crimes have the say so in states that allow the death penalty. If your child/mother/brother, etc. were murdered and that person was going to be put to death. I think the real crimes were against the people who still remain. THEY should get to determine if that person is put to death or not AND flip the switch themselves. What do you think?

I have heard all these reasons suggested by people on the right and the left at various times. Which one (or ones) do you think are the real reasons for our invasion?

(And even better, why do you think that?)

Once our nation produced leaders of genuine high quality like Franklin Roosevelt and Dwight Eisenhower, both men of different party's but interested in the best for America, where are leaders of this caliber to be found today, I sure can't see anyone with the strength and determination of these men had in either party today, can America still produce great leadership or are we in our decline?

just become an issue post 9/11? My take: the White House made it an issue to use as another distraction from the fact that the U.S. STILL hasn't captured Bin Laden. The War in Iraq was distraction No. 1. But the Saddam Hussein verdict will be announced tomorrow and the War itself is more unpopular than ever. Bush needed something new, so his ppl came up with more brown ppl to use as scapegoats for the real issue. Illegal immigration wasn't an issue until post 9/11, but the illegals in question (Mexicans) aren't the terrorists! The White House has AGAIN intentionally confused enemies of the U.S. and thrown them into one big mishmosh pot for Americans to hate, when the real enemy (Bin Laden et al) is still at large. Am I wrong? Other thoughts?
