I'm a Christian but not an evangelical. I believe what I am taught by the Holy Spirit and know that no one is perfect and what anyone else does or does not do will not influence my beliefs. To base a vote on a fallen person would be to deny my own beliefs and convictions and worse yet, I would be looking to a person or institution rather than God.

What do you think?

Cut off ALL government aid in all forms to illegals, and give employers of illegals harsh fines AND imprisonment. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that we are keeping them here. Isn't it that simple?

I live in Virginia and we use touchscreen Diebold voting machines. I saw an HBO documentary on how easy it is to hack those machines to get a false result that is not easily detected....its all in the memory card which is rigged off-sight and you can hack the results without even needing the password. This to me is not about political parties....this is an outrage to what we supposedly are - a democracy. Are we a democracy anymore? Do you think we should go back to paper ballots? I'm voting on Tuesday but I'm not sure at all that it will matter.

A wall will not stop illegal immigration. Illegals will destroy the wall and repairs will cost millions. Wouldn't it be better to use cameras and increase our border patrol instead of a wall? (Both is not feasible so eliminate that answer.)

Was he just another corrupt "evangelist" and persecuting fellow gays for the religious right because he wanted money and power? Or was he so far in denial and self-hatred that he actually thought that prostitution was better than marriage?

The federal government is investigating the takeover last year of a leading American manufacturer of electronic voting systems by a small software company that has been linked to the leftist Venezuelan government of President Hugo Chávez
The inquiry is focusing on the Venezuelan owners of the software company, the Smartmatic Corporation, and is trying to determine whether the government in Caracas has any control or influence over the firm’s operations, government officials and others familiar with the investigation said..

Do you think there is a problem with the machines?
Last night,on TV,a man hacked into the machine in less than one minute, and caused it to produce false results..
Do you think voting machines need to be bought from an American firm and not from another country?Do you think they could be rigged to change the votes that reflect how people feel about illegal aliens, pro or anti ?Do you think your vote is safe from tampering?
What are your thoughts on this?

It became a stated objective in World War 2 to deliberately bomb civilians. British Bomber Command made a deliberate effort to target German civilian population centers, bombing them out of their homes, bombing them out of their jobs, bombing them to kill them and demoralize them. The idea was that if the lives of the civilian population could be made horrific enough, if the civilians were to lose their homes, their jobs, their loved ones, and end up with nothing but the clothes on their backs and no place to live, they would rise up against the war and demand that the government stop the fighting. Some cities, like Dresden, were totally reduced to smoking rubble; nothing was spared. In the intervening years the horror of all this was determined to be excessive and the targeting of civilians in time of war was deemed a crime of war.

I keep hearing if Gore had won how nice life would be. Well in the past Gore would have raised taxes on the rich ($50,000& above) Wewould not be at war anywhere because we would have bought them off like we tried with N.Korea.We would still be getting Un threats but only talk as Saddem thumbs his nose at the world. Is this what you libs truly want?
