International Conservation of Energy and Resources Treaty

The E.U. and American governments could create an international conservation treaty, a natural resources conservation effort with the real actual target goal to, while keeping prices down, have every nation that signs restore it's enviroment, become renewable enviromentally safe energy independent and become completely enviromentally and economically at bare minimum, viable, self sustainible and self seffcient, and at desired level, both economically and enviromentally thriving, looking solely within its own borders for natural resources and common goods.

Then the devolping world governments and the third world's governments could be convinced, diplomatically multi-laterally and with our allies, to sign on to and pass legislation to devolp economically only in enviromentally friendly ways.

This is critically importent For the Enviroments and Economy of every nation, no matter the form of government or economy.

Why are people against a straight persentage of taxes? Say the percentage is 30%. 'Max' only earns 30,000 a year because he dropped out of high school and works at walmart, after taxes he has 21,000 left. But 'Sam' earns 300,000 as a brain sergeon bc he got good grades and had 15-20 years of extremely hard collage classes and internships, and is left with 210,000.

People have complained that in these cases the rich stay rich and the poor can't get by but its like asking for a doctor's pay when all you do is stock boxes at waly-world. People are too busy yelling 'raise minimum wage' (not realizing that the prices of everything would just go up) instead of raising their own standards and taking a night class to get a better job.

Shouldn't you keep what you earnd?

God bless them but what does Mexico look like if these people are really hard working? Are there not any smart Mexicans in Mexico who are starting businesses that compete with our country. Look at Canada. Do you see those people living in filth and entering our borders illegally looking for a bettter life? Hi, Im doing a paper for school on what a good 28th ammendment should be. my teacher gave us a few examples, and i decided on capital punishment, also known as the death sentence. I was wondering if people could help me find some good info on it, or tell me a few of the following things:

Part 1.
Creation of money or money supply results in higher inflation.
Most the money is created through multiplier's effect that involves the creation of debt (ref: fractional reserve banking). Does that not mean the more debt lend by Washington and London based international financial instituitons, the higher should the inflation be?
Part 2
What influence has higher degree of lending on the inflation rates in a country spcially during a consumer boom?

i am a gas engineer and work for a company who install new boilers , central heating etc,on the goverment grant scheme. but i seem to be going to houses with swimming pools snooker tablels fancy cars, whats happened to the people who are freezing in winter and cannot afford a new boiler most of the time they dont qualify, trying not to be racist.

We were discussing this issue in Social Science class today (Critical Analysis of American Culture). My professor said that in his opinion that Gay Marriage is a dangerous social experiement. (I think that he must be the only conservative professor I know). The class erupted into an outright shouting match with the professor. The discussion elevated FAR BEYOND THE REALM OF HEALTHY ACADEMIC DEBATE.

That is really another subject. However, my question to you all is what are your thoughts do you think that Homosexual marriage is a danger to society, children and a threat to our culture or do you think that Gay Marriage is a long overdue acknowledgement of a minorities basic right to life, liberity and the persuit of happiness.
