I lived in England for 2 years. Most of the people in Europe like Americans, BUT DO NOT like the US Gov't.
Most people worldwide like Americans, but have serious issues with the gov't due to our aggressive foreign policy.
The USA needs to do a good worldwide PR campaign to show the good side of our nation.

I think they see us as a falling country. They see that we are indeed separated, that we will turn against each other eventually and I think they probably sit back and laugh. Why would they have to ever rage war on us? Hell we'll do it on our own save them the trouble and spare their own. I don't think they view us much differently its just been a slow moving process.

The head mullah in Britain just said that uncovered women ask to be raped. Has Britain fallen to the Islams? They better pay attention to whats happening in their own country. And so should every other country.

people outside America think that American people are slobs,lazy and pathetic but they also think that your McDonald's is lovely and America is a lovely place to visit for a holiday

I think many view us as gun toting rednecks that are looking for an excuse to start shooting...
which is true for some...but not the majority...

The stereotype american is loud, fat, arrogant, ignorant, and Rambo like. The stereotype has been reinforced by the Bush administration and it's "missteps".
