Does anyone find it strange that a "British" man is attracting such interest, just because, as a murderer, he is subject to another country's penalties? It has even been suggested that he may be pardoned, just because Prince Charles has show an interest in him; to murder again?

Surely if you murder in a country where they will hang you, that's the risk you take?

It covers anyone the president deems an ememy combatant - including US Citizens. Not to be an alarmist here but once upon a time there used to be a bedrock legal principle called habeas corpus. These are dark times.

In my city there was a small disabled boy put in a burning , locked shed by a group of children ages 7 to 10. They proceeded to run in circles around the shed screaming and laughing. This attracted some adults who saw the flames then ran and heard faint screams of the child laying inside the smoke filled shed. The police can't arrest these children because they are under the age of 12. What do you think is the answer?

He does whatever it takes to make America safe and doesn't falter even though the New York Times and other liberal media outlets spend all day trying to destroy him.
President Bush stand up for what he believes and people hate him for it. And, he will do anything it takes to protect America.
I disagree with some of the things he has done too, but overall, what a great job!!!

Has anyone has experience of having an incorrect fare on London Underground and been prosecuted for it? On what grounds did the proscecution happen? What was the outcome? On what grounds did the prosecution not succeed?

The reason I ask is because of a situtation that has occured in which I think a friend is being prosecuted for a complete accident on their part, and who is concerned about the outcomes.

I need some advice. My older sister has run up massive debts over the past few years and has ignored them completely. Because she is also a violent and abusive person, I have not spoken to her personally for the past 18 months. She is currently living with my elderly grandparents after being asked to move out of my mum's house, again because of her violent and abusive nature. Recently I have started receiving letters from various debt collection agencies addressed to my sister, but at my home address. This week I have also had two seperate debt collection agents call to my house looking for her. I am reluctant to tell them where she is living as my grandparents are both in their 80's and my grandfather in particular is in very bad health. I basic ally don't want to dump all of this on their doorstep. I have spoken to and written to my sister about this matter but she is ignoring both myself and the situation.

What can I do ? The last thing I need is for bailiffs to start turning up !
