Especially if they are really displeased with the way that the current elected government officials are doing things and not doing a very good job of really representing what "we the people" want them to be doing. why do people see things as only 2 choices Rep. or Dem. when infact thier are many other choices to choose from. It seems to me if people really want "change" That they should look at "All" the options available to them. This is like only choosing chocolate or vanilla ice cream and never even trying any of the other flavors available to them. I just don't get it.

First of all, the only presidents in the past to have a Congress which was the same party as the president were Jimmy Carter and Now George W. Bush. Personally, I believe for the sake of checks and balances, Congress should ALWAYS be the opposing party.

Secondly, shouldn't a law have been made a long time ago to prevent the president and his cabinet (who will always be biased) to campaign during the midterm elections?

Lastly, to show his pro-life and anti same-sex marriage views and not talking about any of his other policies in the churches...shouldn't that be considered misleading and unfair to gain support from very religious people like that?
Bush has been supporting republicans who are doing this.

I think this defense is sleazy. It just casts doubt on the character and morals of other men who were molested as children but who are living honorable lives. What do you think? And is Foley's mention of the priest just another example of Republican buck passing?

Is this all conservatives care about or what. I've seen like 10 new questions about fighting a new country or what we should do to this country or that country. Who else feels the same way i do when i say i'm sick and tired about all the bad talk about "Anchor Babies" should be stripped of citizen ship and how Mexican's will burn in Hell? State and federal officials are investigating a letter received by some Southern California Hispanics that says it is a crime for immigrants to vote and tells them they could be jailed or deported if they go to the polls next month.

"It's a very malicious and degrading letter. It's to pull Latinos down and make them afraid," said Benny Diaz, who is running for the City Council in Garden Grove. He said his wife and five other people he knows had received the letter.

The letter, written in Spanish, tells recipients: "You are advised that if your residence in this country is illegal or you are an immigrant, voting in a federal election is a crime that could result in jail time."

The truth is that immigrants who become naturalized citizens can legally register to vote.

In a letter Tuesday to state Attorney General Bill Lockyer, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger called the letters "racist" and "despicable," and argued that the perpetrators should be tried for a hate crime.

I have a mobile phone with Orange that i upgraded on the 21st september 2006. The phone has been diagnosed as faulty by Orange and a replacement offered. However, they have offered me a reconditioned replacement instead of a brand new one. i know that within 28 days i get a brand new replacement if its faulty but does that 28 days start from the day i upgraded (21st September making it the 29th day today) or does it start from the day which i received the phone? (the 25th - making it the 24th day today). All the shaven monkeys at Orange can say is (and i quote) "nowt i can do"

George Bush was head of the CIA and they were all working for the oil companies and Iran didn't like it so the CIA sent false information to Iraq and thus began the Iran/Iraq war. When that failed to finish Iran off the US set up Saddam to crush any opposition, which is why he gassed the Kurds. The US was involved in some wars and now we arrive at Saddam having WMD's and being on trial.The Bushes are still good friends of Saddam's and I'm quite sure Saddam will finish out his days with power and money. How hard are the requirments to get into 21B in the Army (Combat Engineer)? It has an enlistment bonus, its very low, but their still is one; So is that because the requirments are too high or not enough people are going into that MOS?

-The PUHLES is 111221
-You have to score a 90 in CO on the ASVAB

Are either of these hard requirments?
