The freedom to travel around the world is one of the human rights that must be not forbidden. However since the peoples follow to different political systems(countries) that differ in so many aspects. The travel from poor countries to rich ones had become a threat to those living in rich countries becouse those travellors normally work with lower wages and level of accomodation competing with the natives. Pointing the problem, I think the best solution( although not possible) is to unify the laws and conditions of labor around the world. Put yourself in their place WHAT WRONG THEY DID THAT THEIR SUCCEDERS DIDNT BUILD A RICH ECONOMY. What if the laws of immigration were activated towards your Irish grand-grand fathers would you now be in America asking this question.

Get control of our borders, coast lines, and any other area of entry (such as aircraft). That is the only way to stop it. Unfortunately, we are allowing illegal entry to continue (through ineffective coverage of our borders), and this will make the job of dealing with the ones that are already here a bigger problem growing totally out of proportion. We must stop the flow as soon as possible on all fronts.

Change immigration quotas
Tell Mexico and other latin american countries to get their act together so they don't have to flee their own country.
