deposited a check into account, entered wrong info...later made withdrawal noticing having more money didn't know it was my own deposit. don't have money to give back to bank. what to do?

Bank Fraud is intentional.. Just contact the bank and let them know it was a simple error- hopefully they can make arrangements with you. If it was a true mistake, and you don't have the money readily available ask them for a voluntary garnishment to deduct maybe $50-100 from your pay. this will show the bank in good faith that you are sorry for the error.

Suggest you borrow the money, pay it back and come clean. You will probably just get a slap on the wrist. If you don't you will be found out and be welcomed with open arms at Club Fed.

They'll come after you. BTW I dont think its fraud unless you did it knowingly. But you will be required to pay back the money.

Contact them immediately state what happened and find out if they will accept some sort of re-payment agreement to avoid prosecution, then follow that agreement.
