I am wanting to put together my Living Will, Will, and Executor papers, but all the sites I have looked at cost $9.99 and above...I don't want to pay an attorney to do this for me. Do you know a web site for Ohio Wills, Living wills, and Executor for free...I already made my Power of Attorney and that cost me $28.00 to file. I would rather pay the filing than the preparation...Please, if you know a site that would help, thank you. Once again, it has to be for Ohio. Even if they are just examples, that would be great too.

its bushes fault..

no no seriosly. some websight told me, and you know its safe to trust random information on the web because th web sight says its true, that bush and the other neo con rumsfield moved small explosives into the building over night, then went to where the plane was parked, and placed a remote control in the airplane to make it crash.

this propaganda he will use to ensure we go to war with the koreans, you believe me right?

the websight said it was true!!!!

Last week some dude sent me hate mail for saying that the United States is responsible for 48,000 deaths in Iraq. Well, that may have been a bit conservative. How about 655,000. Yes, 655,000. Sure the team of American and Iraqi epidemiologists used a method of sampling the population that can be somewhat inaccurate. But, really, how much could they possibly be off? 300,000? Not that people care, it's only like, the number of people in Milwaukee, no biggie. I believe that Saddam Hussian was responsible for something like 800,000 deaths so, we've got that to shoot for.

It just goes to show how easily things can be hidden from the public. 600,000 unaccounted deaths. But it would take a massive conspiracy too large for even the most powerful government in the world to pull off to load some bulidings with explosives and then get some crazy dudes to fly airplanes into them. 600,000 deaths we can hide, but not that.

What pisses me off most is that people are oblivious to it.

Majority of voters in Ohio now say issues trump character. Do you think we will get better government by picking this way?

at the end of EVERY single summer of every single year the price of Gas declines, so how is it that some of you still think its some conspiracy?

Is it just easier to blame a cabal of rich men than modeling the underlying variables that actually create the gas price?

If this were a conspiracy (which it isn't)....wouldn't it help Democrats, who would point out how easily it is for planes to crash into buildings, and how Bush has failed to increase security?

I asked, “Why are we building a freedom tower”, in a previous question. One woman replied: There are 1000’s of buildings that "they" could knock over. Maybe we should stop building buildings. Terrorists make car bombs. Maybe we should stop driving cars. She was suggesting that I thought we should hide. I wasn't.

Let’s try this again. The Twin Towers were probably chosen because they were the “most recognizable” feature in the “most popular” U.S. city. They were huge and probably easily hit by an airplane. I would have chosen them. Why hit a townhouse, when you can ruin an icon…More is well…more, you know?

Building the freedom tower seems like “provoking” to me. It seems like unnecessary arrogance. We are creating, yet another, huge target. The Freedom Tower is supposed to be even larger. A beacon screaming, “Come hit me…”

We wonder why certain groups hate us. Part of it is jealousy, ignorance, and prejudice. Part of it, is because we ask for it. Am I wrong?

OK simple question... How many more crazy things are gonna happen before the November elections?

#1 fuel prices are dropping sharply just as they did prior to November elections 2 years ago - RIGHT BEFORE THEY SKYROCKETED TO $3.50.
Most of you aren't fooled by that though since educated people know America hides the cost of gasoline by subsidizing the national defense budget.

#2 ALL THESE DAMN SCHOOL SHOOTINGS - including the Amish schoolhouse and yet almost NO ANTI GUN MARCHES?
ODD? I think not. Everyone knows Liberal Democrats are anti gun and Republicans are pro guns. I SMELL A COVER UP.

#3 NORTH KOREA TESTS A NUCLEAR BOMB.
Almost done JUST IN TIME FOR NOVEMBER so Bush can remind us "Everyone else is WEAK ON TERROR - VOTE REPUBLICAN"
A Coincidence? I THINK NOT.
During Clinton's administration NK had no nukes and didn't even activate their reactor. UNDER BBUSH'S ADMINISTRATION - well, you know the story.

From http://www.supreme.state.az.us/info/brochures/landlord.htm#Tenants

"You can get back the balance of any refundable security deposit within 14 business days after your rental agreement with the landlord has been terminated. However, the landlord may deduct any rent or other reasonable charges (which must be itemized in a written statement) from your security deposit."

Is the termination of the rental agreement defined as the day that the keys are surrendered to the landlord, or the end of the month that the unit is vacated? We vacated the unit on 9/21, so is TODAY the deadline for us to get that back?

What about the minimum one-month notification of rent increase? Does that have to be a written notice, or can it be verbal? Our rent was raised twice in the last two months we occupied the unit and we never received written notice of the increases.

Also, can a landlord charge a tenant for a full month's rent if the unit is vacated before the end of the month?

"I would remind Sen. [Hillary] Clinton and other Democrats critical of the Bush administration's policies that the framework agreement her husband's administration negotiated was a failure," McCain said after a campaign appearance for Republican Senate candidate Mike Bouchard.

have really been throwing around a lot of derogatory phrases about gays since the Foley page news. Why do you turn against the people you go out of your way to cater too just for political gain. Democrats are even calling for Congressmen to register there sexuality in a gay witch hunt. It really looks like you have no loyalty. I am in no way defending Foley or what he did. Just wondering why you selectively support the gay lifestyle.
