So many people complain about their elected officials but then they do nothing to force change. Is it just laziness or stupidity on the part of the general public? Why do people believe these political ads without questioning their content?

Was anyone stationed in Japan and video taped FEN (Far East Network) and still have some of the tapes. I am interested in the commercials. The corny ones about absentee voting and don't trip over your extension cords, etc... These commercials were great and I want to convert them to mpgs for my web site. If you can dub a copy onto VHS or convert to mpg yourself and email... Any way possible. Contact me and we can work out something. I don't want to spend a lot of money on this, but I am willing to pay for a tape and postage and a few bucks for your time. I can also post your name on my web site as the contributor of the video and even include a link to your website. Thanks.

There was an outrage when former British foreign minister J. Straw called for Muslim women to remove the veils in his country. How come that nobody is protesting that in Saudi Arabia all women, including non muslims have to have the veil, cannot drive, work or even be outside if not escorted by a male family member?

could a employer get in trouble if he called an employee doctor this happen to me. As it turned out they weren't their but if they had been and got my information could the employer gotten in trouble for doing this without my permission. He did not have written or orally permission. second if my doctor had given him that information, could he gotten in trouble since it was without my permission what do you think?

Any other moms/ dads out there with sons/daughters in the military? my son is leaving on Dec 12th, and we are having his Christmas on the 1st. He'll soon know all the details, but do they take anything with them when they leave? If so, what do they take, and do they allow them to receive mail? If so, I'm planning to give stationary to all of his relatives, so they'll stay in touch with him.... thanks for your help.

I saw a lady go to jail for a year for driving without a license so that she could feed her three kids a few weeks ago. It was her 7th and 8th offense.

She lost her license because she couldn't pay a ticket for having a light out, and as the judge read her case he noted she had no reckless or DUI's on there.

Does criminal describe this person? I'm more partial to hero.

Moreover, shouldn't we diffrentiate between people who are morally bankrupt [such as many officers] and people who don't follow rules very well?
