I have been to 4 middle eastern countries and made 6 insertions and have made trade as a cover I do not speak native language and it is not an issue. I will return but I do not need to use trade cover again so any valuable answer are apprieciate. I do not work for any government agencies.

Well, you would have to speak the language, look like them, smell (seriously) like them (each country has its own unique odor), know the Koran, and be willing to kill recklessly.
