I'll put thousands of dollars on it, send the white kids out of high school and they will go home exhausted in 2 hours and be sore for 1 week. Send the older fat white Americans and they will have a heatstroke or a heart attack guaranteed.

I got B1/B2 USA tourist visa that valid until 2009, but last year (2005) I got F-2 student spouse visa that valid until 2010. My husband's I-20 and education will end at 2007 in United States.

Question: Once the I-20 is expired, will my B1/B2 tourist visa is still valid to enter United States?

My boss wanted a lump sum < $30,000 he called a loan. He was the one that was meeting with upper management about my company caused injury and disability. I was not allowed to attend the meetings. After I refused to fork over the money, my benefits were flimsy. This was a job with the federal government at a nuclear facility.

(a) Religion teaches tolerance and to live in harmony with others and the enviroment.
(b) It instills in us rules ( for those who believe) that killing another human is wrong and without any possible justification or defence
(c) That by breaching the almighty's injunctions ,unless forgiven you are destined with pain and suffering.
Having said that, and assuming that people who practise religion I am somewaht perplexed that the can carry on these atrocities like 9/11, murders all over the world-Iraq,Lebanon,elsewhere and genocide in the balkans, sudan, rawanda etc.

was married to an indian national in 05/04. days after he got his conditional green card, he asked me for a divorce. now, his green card expires in a matter of weeks, a court date has been set for january 07. can he extend his stay for a court date?
also, i have filed for a divorce in india, would the court consider this matter?
this guy has taken advantage of me in the worst way. i am emotionally broken and emotionally disjoint. i was wronged!

if he is able to get a visa to come regarding his case here, why cant the case that i have filed in india regarding the same matter play higher precednece. he is trying to get a divorce here so he can evade indian laws! what can i say to immigration so they do not allow him entry in the states for this case?

This is from a CBC radio talk show..the suggestion was that executioners should be called up same as jury duty. As well the local bar room talk..killing her/him wouldn't make going to jail worthwhile..how if someones life is less valuable to you than a mosquito to squish, then maybe your own life has no value..this and bitterness over how we spend more money on prisoners, than minimum wage workers. And they receive better food etc.

When going through the initial selection process of jury selection, how many prospective jurors can the defense and the prosecution dismiss? This is a murder trial, not sure if it is a death penalty case or not.
