Herbert Hoover, although Nixon is a close #2.
But Dan Quayle? That cannot be serious choice.

LOL at GJ's answer! GJ apparently got "Herbert Hoover" confused with J. Edgar Hoover!
And Hoover is my choice for "favorite" of those 3. Same reason as Dukalink.

Out of the three I'd pick Dan Quayle, since he never really did anything. Kind of like on SNL's "Jeopardy" sketch, the winner is the guy with $0.

God, those choices suck. My favorite was Ronald Reagan followed by Barry Goldwater. But, I would choose Dan Quayle from the list. I think he got a bad rap.

Those choices suck. My three favorite would've been T. Roosevelt, Eisenhower and Grant. But since you made that list, I'd say Quayle, simply because his main guilt is by association.

Let's see...
Dan Quale- Potatoe, Taught George W. public speaking.
Herbert Hoover- cross dressing fascist.
Richard Nixon- Alcoholic pre neocon with delusions of grandure.
None of the above.

Nixon was a crook in every since of the word, and got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and even said, I'm not a crook. The republican who would have made a difference was Barry Goldwater.
