I got B1/B2 USA tourist visa that valid until 2009, but last year (2005) I got F-2 student spouse visa that valid until 2010. My husband's I-20 and education will end at 2007 in United States.

Question: Once the I-20 is expired, will my B1/B2 tourist visa is still valid to enter United States?

thanks in advance.

Yes, your B visa is still valid at the same time as your F visa. You can have more than one type of US visa - some folks live complicated lives. In the future, after your husband's studies are over and you have returned to live in your own country, when you travel to the US as a tourist just point out the correct visa to the immigration officer as you arrive.

You can only be on one type of visa at the same time. Once you got your F2 visa, you are no longer on a B visa and so it's like it does not exist. Once your F2 visa status ends (basically when your husband stops studying), you will either have to change your visa status again (start from scratch) or leave the country. You can't have a visa holdover, so if you want to be back on a B visa, you would need to reapply with the embassy/consulate or change your status with the USCIS here in the U.S.

Solo asegurate de usar una sola visa a la vez, es decir ya que haya espirado el permiso que usas actualmemte, puedes volver a usar la visa de turista con su respectivo I-94 o cual sea que debas tramitar para ingresar como turista..
