Come on now don't be so cruel. I am white and a little over weight. My husband is Mexican and works his but off. He is the crew leader. He is not a racist. He has tried to teach White, Black, Brown and Purple his job. They can't do it. Only the brown people can do it. All puns aside. Oh by the way. My husband likes his woman just a little bit "LLena". LOL

If there is ever a job that needs to be done, an American will do it.
Let's see:
Why do you think Mexicans are always in the fields or doing other manual labor for companies?
Hmmmm...well, these companies aren't placing ads in the classifieds looking for illegals now, are they?
Do you think there are agencies run by the government that will find work for illegals? Nope. Don't think so.
Gosh, where would we be without illegals doing manual work for us? I suspect wages would increase for all of us. That could be one of the reasons pay raises are coming slower than the cost of living.
I most definitely do NOT concur.

White America has progressed far enough which they can now turn over the low paying positions of employment to such people as yourself. Americans will always be more dominant than Mexicans, that is just the way it is. Sorry about your luck pal. And you missed a spot near the hedge by the fountain in the courtyard. Unduh-le, get it!

As provocative as your question is, I'd like to remind you that we Americans were picking our own fruit, planting and harvesting our own crops, washing our own dishes and mowing our lawns LONG BEFORE Mexicans arrived here.
In fact, my grandfathers were all Kansas farmers. Kansas wheat has been exported all over the world. You might even say that white Americans have fed the world at the same time we were inoculating it against smallpox and polio.
No hard feelings though. Mexicans are hard-working people. Say, why isn't Mexico a flourishing paradise if there's so many hard-working people there? Go ask your MECHA representative at your school and get back to us, please.
Oh, and if you happen to be Mexican, "You're welcome" for our hospitality.

You obviously don't see the work the high school aged kids do up here in Wisconsin, do you??
See, we don't have the "benefit" of illegal immigrants up here to do all of the agricultural jobs, so the farmers and their kids have to do them. They weed gin seng fields (by hand - at $100 per pound, the plants are too expensive for a machine to ruin, and too fragile for pesticides), bail hay in 100 degree heat (with high humidity), they go into unheated and uninsulated barns and milk cows at 5 am in sub zero temps before they get ready to go to school. They don't get days off. Federal holidays? THEY WORK THEM. Summer vacation? Great - more time to do the farm work!
The kids up here are some of the hardest working kids - and grow into some of the hardest working adults I have ever seen or known of. Yeah - I would put any of them - even the "old" farmers that are still out in the barns and bailing hay at 65 when many choose to retire - up against your "hard working" Mexicans.
Again, you show your ignorance by generalizing. I think the farmers and farm kids from any area of the country could work circles around many. And I think you sit in judgement about something you know little or nothing about.
Do I concur? Nope. I think you're so full of sh!t that your eyes are brown and your hair stinks.

No, not really. Since I am one of the older white Americans that served my country in the military, I will out work, out play, out drink, out run, out drive you and your little friends any day of the week. Heatstroke?? Please, I spent more time in the desert than you can count and I live in TEXAS. As far as your thousands, why don't you use it to go back home and buy a house for you and your 25 brothers and sisters.

it's not a race issue because there are plenty of priveledged "mexicans". if you are talking about the difference betweem privelegded people and people who are inslaved...then no, the people who dont work as hard would find it very difficult to keep up with those who do nothing but work 55 hours per week just to make ends meet. this is not just a matter of physical strength, it is also a difference is tolerance and emotional durability when it comes to hard labor that is very out of balance with how much work you are doing.

I have worked with Mexicans, and other people from Central America.
The ones I have worked with recently take more breaks than any other nationality I have worked with. They also order me around, telling me to do things while they talk on their cell phones.
I have also had a boss who was from Central America. She was a very hard worker, and worked harder than any other person I've known.
The Americans I have worked with varied just like the Mexicans.
How dare you judge someone by their where they are from. That just makes me sick.

Don't be stupid.
My fiance works doing wiring generally in areas in the ceiling with no air conditioning in AZ so of course it's well over 100. He has done this for a dozen years, and had to work overtime all summer. All of the guys in his department are white or black and work hard all day.
I used to groom and train 25 racehorses every day all summer in college. I have painted my own house myself and do my own yard work.
