was married to an indian national in 05/04. days after he got his conditional green card, he asked me for a divorce. now, his green card expires in a matter of weeks, a court date has been set for january 07. can he extend his stay for a court date?
also, i have filed for a divorce in india, would the court consider this matter?
this guy has taken advantage of me in the worst way. i am emotionally broken and emotionally disjoint. i was wronged!

if he is able to get a visa to come regarding his case here, why cant the case that i have filed in india regarding the same matter play higher precednece. he is trying to get a divorce here so he can evade indian laws! what can i say to immigration so they do not allow him entry in the states for this case?

File your problems with the police (in the event that there's been any fraud) and with INS. Include the police report to INS.

Be clear that his purpose in marrying you was to obtain US residency and ask that he be denied any further consideration since you want no part in aiding his cause.
