A friend of mine took my man away from me. He is with her now and both had lied to me and betrayed me. I want revenge. If I do have his job taken away, and if he loses his law case, can I go to jail for having to do this to him?

are there any people out there that have had court experiences--i may be getting convicted of a crime i did not commit--will my past history come into play if i was just charged but never convicted? i would like to talk with someone that knows about these matters. i was taken to jail and then told i shouldn't have been there so long. i'm an east coast girl with three and more years under my belt in texas--a little confused about the process...

What is your opinion? She has a garage full of old signs, like realtor signs, garage signs, yard sales, open house, babysitting signs, new business signs, and she's DARN proud of it; claiming she is teaching her children about civic order, (quoted the city ordinace about placing signs on public property) and, also feels adament about maintaining the property value in our neighborhood. I feel she's an idiot, but heck, knock yourself out, but... despite, this,, does this really contribute to a viable form of community outreach, and public concern?

I got a DUI and I was wondering if I could go to court and get off on that technicality. I heard they have to wear their hats cause it's part of thier uniform. The trooper who pulled me over was not wearing his hat, and another trooper told me that technically they do have to wear it, but alot of them don't. I pleaded not guilty, and didn't take the breathilizer on the street. I had to at the station and blew just under double legal limit which for Washington State is .08. I never got booked. Is there any way out of this? I'm single and have a daughter and I need my license.

I dont understand why it isnt murder. I dog knows that by attacking another dog it will result in death. So that means it knows that there is an adverse effect by tearing up another dog. As far as I am concerned that is cold blooded MURDER!

What do I expect out of this?

I believe if a dog kills another dog it should get prison sentences. for instance if a dog attacked another dog or just assualted it then the dog shold get say 6 months in prison. If it kills another dog it should get 4 years to life and if it is premeditated the dog should get the death penalty. Same applies for cats and other larger animals

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY DOGS THAT ARE MURDERERS AND KILLERS ARE ROAMING OUR STREETS TODAY?

Do you seriously? Is it as much of a threat as Iraq was? Because i dont think either of them are or were. More likely they are a threat to American rule, or perhaps the old changing froma petrodollar into a petroeuro.
But i mean if you guys seriously think you are the most powerful force on Earth, why are you afraid of other countries?

First the neo cons said
" Terrorist can use hair gel and other liquids and make a bomb. Dont you democrats know that their are liquid explosives. you are so naive"

NOW REPUBLICANS ARE ALLOWING THEM BACK ON THE PLANES OR AT LEAST ALOT OF LIQUIDS AND GELS.

Please republicans understand that flip flopping is not good for America. One day gels can blow up and the next they are harmless. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS!

Would it be like in Israel when Israeli soldiers refused to terrorize Palestinian households? that's why Sharon stormed the Mosque a few years back. He needed to stir up the hatred to continue the aggression. Would Bush plan another terrorist attack to get us stirred up and back to the business of killing Iraqis?

"I think my husband did a great job in demonstrating that Democrats are not going to take these attacks," Hillary Clinton said. "I'm certain that if my husband and his national security team had been shown a classified report entitled 'Bin Laden Determined To Attack Inside the United States' he would have taken it more seriously than history suggests it was taken by our current president and his national security team."

NOTE TO HILLARY - HE WAS TOO BUSY WITH MONICA AND THE OTHER WOMEN TO CARE ABOUT OUR SECURITY...or YOU too for that matter!

They don't accurately reflect the way things really are, not in the way that police actually act, nor in the almost universal succeses these shows portray, and certainly not in the noble and courageous way that the police are portrayed. Is it that we enjoy them because we recognize stories about brave, gentle and intelligent police as essentially fiction? Or is there a more sinister aspect to this, that by repeatedly portraying what is demonstrably inaccurate as reality, we are to become acclimated to the presence of increasingly more numerous and intrusive police activity?

We have President Clinton blaming the republicans. Then Rice blames Clinton and the democrats. Now, Hillary Clinton is re-blaming Bush and the republicans. I personally do not care who is to blame for what happened because we cannot change that now. But, if the Republicans and Democrats could stop bickering over who is at fault, perhaps we could concentrate on how to prevent it from happening again.
