If so, I think we should forcably remove Texas, send Bush back to rule it, them completly embargo them. They're always bragging about how they are like their own damn country anyway. Let's just give them what they want and see how well they do. Besides, we could make Puerto Rico a state at the same time so we can still be 50 states and not have to lose a star on our flag! Who's with me on this?

Or better yet, can the West Coast states completely secede from the union and become our own nation? How awsome would that be? Caloreton, the Beautiful!!! Let's see how well the rest of the Bush loving, Bible thumping, hypocritcal Christian right states would fare without the 7th largest economy in the world carrying them!!

I keep hearing about Clinton and terrorists in the news but I never hear about his connection to China anymore. I know of several things he did that were not in the favor of the U.S. and did help China. Do you think that Clinton purposely sold the U.S. out?

I'm Australian and hav lived in usa twice. i think it is corrupt how the Pres can appoint any random as his secretaries. and how the US congress is sooooooooo big, 700 members or something? surely not all of them are ethical beings. How many of them are paid off by the tobacco/drug/whatever industry? who could keep track of all those congressmen and senators.

another thing do u hav much to do with congress? i get the feeling they don't do much. in ausralia the Prime Minister is also a member of parliment and thus is answerable to the oppositon which we actually hav, u seem to hav no oppositon.

I'm not saying ur system sucks entirely, it has good intentions but they hav just been abit corrupted. i know i'm gonna get a torrent of abuse from americans, i'm not just critacising i would like to know wat u think.

to me if you had a proper oppositon party and the pres was part of parliment then u wouldn't hav had as many problems, like the unpopulaur iraq war.

In our divorce aggreement, my x husband
said he would pay x amount of my allimony himself and the rest from my father's company where he is employed. My father had no knowledge of this agreement and didn't give him permission to pay part of my allimony from his company. Is what my x husband did legal?

anyone here from NT or would like to tell me about why people wouldn't want it to be a state? I mean currently the Fed Gov can overturn ur laws and if they got rid of the act as well then u wouldn't hav to say states and terriroties making it lovely for everyone. so do u think NT should become Northern Australia?

If your god created this far from perfect world when is he going to finish it ? why so much misery and evil and cruelty are they representive of your god .My God is heartful, loving and peaceful with huge character.... ok here is the short version my sister is pregnat and we went to this thang that was happining at the hospital it was for the new birthing center and they had been recording....and there were ALOT of people but my sister is VERY self conscious and had asked not to be on the video and my mom (who is Also self conscious) had been whatching tv and saw a comerical for the hospital and she was on there and in tears she told my other sister what she saw my mom was in an abusive relation ship and doesnt want to have anything to do with her abuser and we moved out of one city to another but the cable company here is being bought by the cable company from where we just had moved so there is a chance that he will see it...but my mom feels she should have signed something saying it was alright....

so should we get legal advice?

and if so could we have a lawsuite?

My best friend is considering a fake marriage to a friend of hers who just got deported to Columbia, does anybody know the legal ramifications if she were to get caught. While this guy was here he took advantage of her, financially and emotionally, but she for some reason can't see the scum that he is, I think that she is making the biggest mistake of her life. I am considering telling immigration or her parents to prevent this from happening before she goes to Columbia even thought I am sure this will most likely end our friendship. Please any advice you guys have is much needed, she is planning to start doing the paperwork tomorrow. Oh we both live in Canada so any canadian legal advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks all in advance.

A form that allows them to go into our Visa records,and all of our past lives... They say it's because in 1999 we had a loss and reported a pair of reading glasses missing, and now we had another pair missing when our car was broken into in 2006...
In Oregon, there is a proposition on the ballot that says poor people are often given this ultimatum, and that it should be illegal for insurance companies to go on "fishing" expeditions in order to decline payment..
What are my options? Do I have to sign this form in order to have my stolen items replaced? I hate being victimized by my own insurance company, and this feels like a bad thing to allow them?
Is there an attorney out there who can speak on this subject? What can I do?
