Does low political partition indicate that less than 10 percent ppl are imposing their political, economic and other social ideologies on more than 90 percent of the population? Can such ideologies be sustained in future when political/civic participation increase upto significant level? What is the future of democracy, theocracy, socialism, communism, individualism and capitalism etc in a highelly active(politically) society?

100%

Every human being participates in politics--politics comes from every member of society. Some people are more self-aware, but don't be fooled into thinking that only those types are the "active" ones.

Lots of people I have met claim not to be interested in politics or at least be politically neutral, but in reality they are still charged with feelings and opinions that give them a definite political stance, whether they know it or not! They still have a full hand in driving and shaping the system.

Before we can answer that we need to know what percentage of the world population has the privilege to be politically active. then we can tell you how many of that privileged group are active.

There are parts of this world where it is almost dangerous to "think" of being politically active, places where voicing an opinion can become a death-sentence. Everyone is not lucky enough to have that privilege.

Only about 50 percent of all the people are interested in politics because many prioritize how to get food due to poverty and do not even mind about governments that do not even provide the basic needs.

actually, politically active is a relative term so you should clarify. However i will say that the majority of the world is much much more politically active than the united states.

in other countries people go apesh*t when the government does something they don't like...this is still usually the case in corrupt governments. people react!

in america we just flip the channel to a movie that we can watch when the news talks about something we're tired of hearing about.

its pretty sad.

what do you mean by politically active? there's starving children and AIDS victims in Africa that are the subjects of debate throughout the Western world... is their starving and dying a political action?

the point is we're all involved/committed to world affairs whether we think we can choose to be or not.

pretty small since only a fraction of the population is part of a democracy or some other form of self governing, and even then its a small fraction of those people are actually active.
