Some states allow for it as long as it is prescribed by a doctor. Two ladies were smoking it in California, Legally prescribed by a Doctor. But the ATF confiscated their plants and arrested them with the excuse that even though California Law allows for it, Federal law does not, and federal law supercedes state law.
One of the women had Degenerative Disk Disease (IE: Spinal Arthritis) That's the only reason I remember the story, because I have it too.

States, counties, or cities in the US may permit a person to get a doctor's prescription for pot (not a license), but the federal authorities do not recognize those laws as valid.

Yes, but only in certain states for medical reasons...you have to get a doctor to sign the forms.

Yes it is. It's called the Cannabis Club, and it is for medical users. I had a friend who was a member. He got all kinds of different foods, like reefers peanut butter cups, and Spliff peanut butter (instead of Jiff.)

hey dude.. i know that they prescibe it to cancer pt's. Not all of them but depending on what type of cancer they give it to some of them.. It is given to them to increase appetite (munchies) Why do you need a license to smoke?? Just smoke and dont be stoopid enough to get caught.. Peace out dude

in one or two states after you have bought your burial plot paid the imminent funeral you maybe considered an application,, maybe consider going to south Siberia (Russia) it grows wild on city streets and vast fileds as far as the eyes can see seen some 15' high and nobody uses it
