i owe a lot of restitution and i can not afford to pay it,for crimes i did in 1991,and i have serve 13 years in prison for, so what legal motion can i file to ask for a judgement lien to be placed on me?

Employers who hire & harbor illegal immigrants after conviction of a court can lose their property,face stiff fines & be put in prision for a long term! Why are we not seeing any of this being put into action over the past 20 years! Employers laugh at this cause they know its not being enforced!

I am a born and bred Englishman and a very patriotic to my country.... It seems theyare affraid that they might have to give some back to those they take from and enslave with low wages .Seems like a man who can build along with others several homes a year should be able to own one .But conservatives continually force inflation up and cause the rise in realestate to make purchasing land more exspensive then the homes that go on them .
The ratio use to be 10% for the land and today it is over 50% .Conservative money movers and policy shappers are robbing the working man of security and prosperity in order to hoard millions in profits that should be taxed and returned in services to the working people who provide them .

Repeal and replace the 14th Amendment. Section 1 of the 14th has three consecutive clauses that are vague and have been misused and abused by the Courts so much that it makes me want to stay away from the ballot box for the rest of my life.
Constitutional law ought to constitute a set of rules so that government (the level of government being commanded) can know what it can or cannot do. Constitutional law ought to "provide guidance and discipline for the legislature, which is entitled to know what kind of laws it may pass," and it ought to "mark the limit of [the Court's] authority." (From Romer v. Evans, 1996; morally correct rhetoric but completely hypocritical in reality.)
Declare that the 14th is repealed (we obviously don't need the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sections of it any more) and is replaced with more clearly stated rules for the states to obey.

I don't hate Americans, actually I admire the USA, but the fact is clear.
