What are the produce I will have to make to be able to live here legally. I had a student visa. I was working when I had my visa but stopped when my visa expired. I didn't renew it due to financial problems.

If you can mange to stay in Britain and not get caught and arrested for fourteen (14) years, under present rules you will get unlimited leave to remain.

Actually, in your case it will be slightly less since they pro-rate the time you were here legally, for which the time you need to stay to get ULR is only ten (10) years.

Your chances of getting a new visa are close to zero. Unless you marry a citizen of the EU/EEA/Switzerland and live in a bona fide marriage (curiously, you only have to live under the same roof if the spouse is a British citizen: just a quirk of EU law).

As she's damaged the regulation and been the following illegally she'll be banned from re-entering into the united kingdom for a minimum of 10 years. per chance she must have stated the guidelines and back domicile at the same time as her visa ended. i'm in touch to carry close that she in reality back domicile via "kinfolk issues". What proper did she imagine she had to proceed to be interior the united kingdom with out a Visa? And why ought to we desire her back as she has shown such disdain and disrespect for our united states and our guidelines? I even haven't any sympathy for regulation-breaking unlawful immigrants.
