So, a landlord cuts his hand while removing mirrors off the wall of a former tenant, who didn't ask for permission before putting them up. Is he right in claiming reimbursement from the former tenant for his personal bodily damages (hospital bills) as well as property damage to the walls? Or does he forfeit those rights that are not specified in the tenant-landlord contract?

Guilty by association?

China is probably the biggest tyranny in the world. They keep their currency cheap so they can flood America with cheap imports, causing Americans to lose their jobs. Their building a military that's looking to take over the Pacific. They continue to suppress diseent and religious worship, jailing people for speaking out. They use torture in criminal investigations. And they support terrorist states like Iran. Why can't people see that China is the one nation that America should have the most concern about.

I find it so interesting that President Clinton was actually impeached after getting blown by Lewinsky. The Impeachment was a success BUT, the overall process was a FAILURE because he wasn't convicted of anything and even KENNETH STAR (prosecutor) claimed the whole fiasco was a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

However, considering how Bush lied to America about the reasons for the Iraq War, trumphed up charges against Saddam Hussein to justify going to war and is PRO TORTURE - just like Saddam (Bush is a hypocrite) - WHY HAS BUSH NOT YET BEEN IMPEACHED?

I'm guessing its because President Clinton was President when both the house of representatives and the congress were majority REPBLICAN while Bush enjoys a house and Congress filled with other fat, greedy Republicans - whose pockets he can keep filling with slush funds and back alley deals (i.e. HALIBURTON, LOCKHEED MARTIN, etc)

There are NO CHECKS AND BALANCES right now so whatever Bush pusheds forwards goes no matter how stupid.

We pay for things that don't even belong to the Government, it's all from the earth! The paths we walk on, water, electricity etc... why do we have to pay for something that's already free!

Are they gonna make us pay for the air we breathe next?

In an ideal world, everything would be shared. If we needed something from another country, we could trade something of our own. Get rid of money, it's power and it's evil.

This motion might be used by a procecutor to protect a domestic violence victim's address to keep her/him from being located by a suspect or to protect sensitive business information from being made public. I need it for my son's college paper.

countries ???

i know this sound like a joke , but thinking about it the wall just makes those who are already here think that they shouldn't go back or that they should stay as long as they can .

do not expect those who are here to be deported , it would damage a huge amount of business .

it is not secret that the chamber of commerce highly supports the staying of the undocumented immigrants .

if the republicans were serius they would had done it long ago with out wasting any time . they know the huge damage this would produce to the economy .

do u think they are serius ???

This, from an LA Times article foaming against the fence.

Which raises a good concern for those in favor of border security as well, although to the LA Times it is the one saving grace:

"At last, the good news. Four months ago, the Senate voted to build a border fence. Two months ago, it voted against paying for it. For the moment, there's $1.8 billion in an entirely different bill for a fence, but even that money may wind up being spent on something else.

Everyone who votes for this photo-op law now gets to go home and campaign on how tough he is on homeland security, voting for a monster fence, never mind that there may never be any money to build it. That's the beauty of it, after all — a 700-mile fence made of ink and paper and hot air. It could be the best bargain Congress ever gave us."

What do you think? Will they put their money where their mouths are?

Don't you realize they want us dead?! Hello, these words have actually escaped the mouth of the Iranian president. Why exactly would anyone side with that crap, and say that it's our fault that these lunatic crazies want us dead, and that we deserve it. If you don't want to live here and support your country, move to Iran, then let’s see what you think. Freakin' hippies.
