It took the explosive power of two heavy transcontinental aircraft, with thousands of gallons of jet-fuel and 60 Plus human beings with their luggage, all flying at over 150 miles per hour impacting against a ferro-concrete structure of great density.

Imagine hitting your finger by a one pound hammer traveling at 60 to 100 mph, then multiply that by 1000 and you have some idea of the force and damage of those fast-moving and exploding aircraft.

No other explosives were required to do that damage, The intense heat from the burning fuel also was enough to implode the materials that made up the building.

It was arranged to take planes that would have a lot of fuel in them. I've not heard that it was determined there were any additional explosives.

The planes burned upon impact and the fire compromised the structure of the buildings. There was apparently an issue with the design of the building that contributed to having each floor fold down on lower floors.

I don't why such a simple thing is apparently hard for some people to believe.
