I figured since these same war dodging chicken hawks decided it was better to ignore Bin Laden and go after Saddam then maybe the same conservative, inbred, traitors would do the same if we get hit again.

If Al-Qaeda attacks us will the nutcase conservatives just pick another country to take it out on? Will it be Canada? Maybe the Fiji Islands. I heard Iceland is lookin good.

And will the same conservative traitors be gung ho for war, just as long as they don't have to fight it? Seems like the following conservatives (and moron Clinton) will be the first in line to make sure their family members won't have to fight the good fight. See the example below. http://www.nhgazette.com/news/chickenhawks/politicans_platoon/

Believe it our not, W is not popular in other countries....It is so funny we are aloud to bash him within our own borders, but once someone else voices their opinion, people want to protect a man they despise...I say call a spade a spade...Bush is a bad person. He wrongly invaded Iraq and has lied about 9/11, to me Chavez was/is right!! (except for the sulfur thing...although it was very clever!!)

The fact that Chavez could openly voice his opostion to Bush, makes me proud of our own democracy and our forefoathers for establishing the Freedom of Speech.

Now we can be fools and think we can't be beaten or we can wake up kick these bombs out and clean up our government.
We do have the best system in the world if we put the best people in office. We need to elect people that will work for our country and not for large cooperations. Not people that point fingers at the other party saying they are holding things up. If they are worth their weight in salt they will work out their differencies in chambers and not in the media. They will have respect for the positions they occupy and eachother. We need to stand up and be counted and let these bombs know we are not going to take their missuse of our government anymore. That we want respect brought back to the office of the presidency and the congress. Please don't fall for the lies agan from these people, it's 2006 and look at where we are. Empeachment is what we need, the world can't be wrong. They are giving this country away right before our eyes. WAKE UP AMERICA WATCH THE BACK DOOR!!

Have you noticed that the responses of the more conservative members of this message board seem to be more articulate and well reasoned and they exhibit an earnest attempt to get a point across as opposed to the more liberal members who resort to monosyllabic rants such as "You suck!" or "Bush lied!"

Why is that?

Shame on those ignorant black people in Harlem for allowing a foreign leader to come to their church, and disrespect our country. I don't give a crap about what the discount is for oil, American citizens should have kicked his a$$ out of the their church, out of the city, and on to the the next plane to who-the-hell-cares! I'm sick of black people and other minorities selling themselves out to any freakin' body that says they'll give them something free. Chavez went back home to his country saying how he knew those ignorant black people would do just what he knew they would do. If he would have taken his sorry butt to Dixie or Texas, he probably would have to spend all day picking buck shot out of his @$$. Black people need to resist against siding with anyone who will hookem' up. And Danny Glover, he needs to exchange his citizenship for something else. He is a bad seed and some black folks are just too dumb to realize it.

hidden on other pages if you go into the notes on how immigration laws are made it clearly states they wish to make it more difficult for people, one statment says if you apply for a k visa and latter they denie your I-130 you can be deported unless you can prove you did not pay the, fee to start the k-visa in the first place but if you don't pay a fee you can't start the process, many contradicting and false information to trick you, how can they get by with such tricks and misleading information, this is why people can't go by the rules because its almost impossible to do, have any of you ever been in the middle dealing with this type of thing??

45% of illegals overstayed their visas
These either come in through the airports or Canada
100% of the islamic terrorists have used this route
100% of the dormant trojans have used it will use this route in the future
So its mindboggling how almost all the talk and effort is just focused on south of the border. But since this is the case although maybe not true, for many the anti-immigraton movement has the look and smell of being "racist"
Will more Americans join me in trully securing our Country and placing the emphasis where it belongs. Visas , middle east etc.?

The difference would be that about 17% of the voters or legislature would have to change its mind in order to change the law; not just 1%.

Another effect would be fewer laws. Those that got passed would be better laws, of which people were more sure (i.e. two-thirds sure, and not just "barely half" sure).

Really think about it.
Most people's knee-jerk reaction is: "Everything will get repealed because it will only take a third!"
Well, no, it would still take a half to repeal, just like it takes now. That's the first thing I said.

(That means that in order to amend it, it would take 2/3 to pass the new version. They would already have the 1/2 necessary to repeal the old version, and could make it part of the same bill in order to be sure the new one would actually get passed).

You would have less total laws to remember, and you would be 17% more likely to agree with them. The way it is now is neither better nor as good.
So why not?

As a whole, when you look at the modern day woman, either the girl next door, or the glossy celebrities, do you see a difference in her and the modern day woman of the 80's, 70's, 60's? 50's? etc.
All of these women fought for us to be seen as equal. To not be objects or baby machines. To be able to pursue any career, dream, pasttime, hobby we want. When I look at women today, I see a bunch of girls. Silly girls. Men don't have to objectify women, women do it to themselves now. Am I alone in my sadness towards the loss of the strong woman? Am I alone in mourning the true women's movement? Not the femi-nazi's, they are a different bunch. The women who truly just wanted the same rights as the men. No special treatment, just equality.

Let me add this on...
I was around during the womens movement. I know there are strong women out there today, and I sure as hell don't get my facts or opinions from tv. It is

I just listened to the tape of Chavez's speech in the UN:

Instead of mere idiotic and blind condemnation, I wish to hear from someone with a sense of rationality to listen to it and explain to us what's bad about him?
