I've been wondering when we would see dismembered bodies, but I was thinking of adults due to the evidence that the drug cartel operations have spilled over the border. This was speculated to be for non-payment of a coyote, but the dad says they were paid.

"“The deaths of these children stood as a message for others,” Judge David Mitchell said.

He said there was evidence that some family members knew about the murder plan “and did nothing to intercede.”

When you read ( or hear) about what our Leaders are doing, is the article framed to teach you something they want you to know that makes you turn against your government?
Does the "talking head" smile or smirk when He/she mentions something about our Leader?
Are you being taken in by the way things are told to you?
Does the add succeed in tuning you around?
How much of yourself do you give away by the end of the broadcast?

And Border agents find immigrants in sealed duffel bags

FALFURRIAS, Texas (AP) -- Agents working an immigration checkpoint found three illegal immigrants hidden in sealed nylon duffel bags, Customs and Border Protection said Thursday.

None of the immigrants found during the two consecutive stops Wednesday was harmed. All declined medical attention, though agents said they were sweating profusely.

In the first stop, agents searched a Dodge Durango with a Border Patrol dog after the driver and passenger appeared nervous. They found five people, including a woman and 5-year-old in a zipped duffel bag.

The driver, a 39-year-old U.S. citizen, and the passenger, a 23-year-old U.S. citizen, were arrested and charged with alien smuggling.

Agents then searched the next vehicle after seeing a foot move under the back seat. Agents found four illegal immigrants, one concealed in a duffel bag.

The driver, a 23-year-old U.S. citizen, was arrested and charged with alien smuggling.

The immigrants were returned to Mexico.

Falfurrias is about 75 miles north of the Mexican border.--From El Paso Times

Just a thought. I was reading a story from a survivor of the Towers. He brought out the fact that there were about 25,000 survivors from the two Towers! Not to belittle the 3,000 that died. Sure, they brought the Towers down, but we know their what they are about. They wanted to kill 28,000 people that day in the Towers, not 3,000. The buildings coming down was just the icing.
What do you all think?

I got this definition off of wikipedia.

"Liberalism is an ideology, philosophical view, and political tradition which holds that liberty is the primary political value. Liberalism has its roots in the Western Enlightenment, but the term now encompasses a diversity of political thought.
Broadly speaking, contemporary liberalism emphasizes individual rights. It seeks a society characterized by freedom of thought for individuals, limitations on power, especially of government and religion, the rule of law, free public education, the free exchange of ideas, a market economy that supports relatively free private enterprise, and a transparent system of government in which the rights of all citizens are protected. In modern society, liberals favor a liberal democracy with open and fair elections, where all citizens have equal rights by law and an equal opportunity to succeed."

So to all you liberal basher... Do you hate these values?

Why is it that the Democrats are so scared and intimitaded by someone with faith? I am no way shape or form a religous person but I don't mind if someone is religous. Yet you hear liberals crying about people with beliefs all the time. Now aren't the Democrats the "party of acceptance and tolerance"

Kind of an oxymoron isn't it?

Why is that when people ask personal questions and for others opinions in Yahoo Q&A they can not handle the truth and report this to The big "Y"? Someone asked this morning why it was illeale for gays to marry and i gave my personal answer to their personal question and the reported me. I think they should consult their clergy or lawyer , or even their State constitution anyhow regarding such legal matter or do not come to Yahoo looking for someones personal opinion?:

Every president in a time of war suffered low approval ratings. Bush hasn't even gotten as low as some presidents that liberals and conservatives alike now revere as great. Low approval ratings in a time of war are commonplace.

I hate hearing the non-argument that because Bush has low ratings, only "idiots" and "right-wing conservative baby-killer rich oilmen" still support him. I find that odd, because with a nation of nearly 300 million people in it, and his recent approval rating of 44%, that would mean there are 132,000,000 "right-wing conservative baby-killer rich oilmen" in this country, which I have to say, is a bit of an extreme demographic. I constantly hear communists harping on about 5% of the nation holding 95% of the wealth. I guess Bush's economy is doing better than anyone thought, seeing as rich oil tycoons now make up nearly half the nation.

All kidding aside, whether you're pro-Bush or not, shut up about his ratings. Form a cogent argument based on ideas.

I don't speak of it to her and hardly anyone but husband and best friend, everytime we pass her old school she says remember mom they made me leave my old school, could u please get my old booksack from there? (I left everything) The attorney goes to my church and at first her partner didnt want her to take the case b/c he couldnt see any money in it, but for me my daughter is never going to forget this, she asked me recently if i remember the girl from her old school who got her her only bad mark and made her leave school. I have never questioned my daughter again since the second day, the day she saw me at school waiting on the principal she looked pertrified(her last day) I think she needs help but I wonder if its going to make it worse but I am hoping that talking about it will make her gain her security and independence again. It hurts so bad to hear her say they made her leave, I told her it was not her fault. I need direction.

And later officer ask u 4 license, but you request for supervisor to come to the scene and you told the officer that you would give all the information to the supervisor because of the uncomfortable and knowing the officer was wrong.
