Not in the legal sense. That is why there is no law against it. It is only wrong in the biblical sense. And one can not legislate morality (though many keep trying).

It depends, do you remember why god detroyed a whole city?? The thing is it's easier to follow man's law's, and not god's law's. I feel it's more important on what our father in heaven said, not what people would rather it be to fit their life style's. I know that everyone sin's, but what we need to do is learn from our mistakes and ask for forgiveness and try to better ourselves.

absolutely not wrong, even religions who oppose gay marriage say that being gay is not wrong, just acting on it is wrong.
