Mine certainly did. I was quite the idealist in my youth, very liberal on almost every issue. I am still liberal on certain issues (pro choice) but my opinions have changed in areas like crime, national security etc.

I'm really concerned for our country. There are so many corrupt police and politicians that I am very concerned just might sell our country out to terrorists that want to do us Americans in.

The Arabs do want to do us in and they've got so much money that they could easily buy our corrupt police force and politicians.

The arabs are probably contributing to the anti gun lobbying groups to disarm America through Corrupt police that way when the arabs unleash some nukes here in the U.S. and all hell breaks loose we will all be powerless and all Americans will be just lambs to the slaughter.

We won't be able to fend for ourselves and we'll be doomed.

This is World War III and we don't need the police disarming American Citizens for a Foreign invasion on u.s. soil because of Foreign lobbying groups funding money to disarm the u.s. constitution.

God Help Us All.

There is a bill for internet neutrality. No republicans are supporting this bill. Big bussiness is trying to get those who can pay big bucks to get preferintial treatment ON THE NET. Rs are in a tough position and do not want this to be a major issue. We are many write your local R and demand he support it or he will lose your support. It can be an issue If we the many make it one. Later it will cost big bucks in legal fees to fight but now it is election time. Make it an issue while it is free. WE ARE MANY MAKE IT AN ISSUE

I dont think the USA(in current deployment, meaning troops stationed as they are today) could win a war with China.

now the question
does that make me unpatriotic, even if i still feel that i love my nation, and does that make me evil for not thinking we are going to win?

explain your answers :)

If someone was suspected of being involved in a terrorist cell and arrested, how far would be to far to go in assertaining information. What would you consider to be torture and what would be merely an interrogation ploy? Where is the thin line and who should draw it?

Actually I will not allow my kid to listen to him speak, because he is such a bad example, like a lousy book....you steer your kid away. After all this President is inarticulate, albeit his home language, grammatically void, and inept with vocab and pronounciation.

In most of the countries that have strict gun control the police commit most of the murders and kidnappings.

Take Mexico for example. Strict gun control, where most of your murders and kidnappings are committed by the police. Same with the Philippines.

Absolute power breeds absolute corruption, absolutely.

This is what happens when you have the police with absolute power. This is the goal of the police in the U.S. to have absolute power. The police are little by little eradicating guns from U.S. citizens under the guise of protection of society.

I remember after Tianamen square in China when the survivors came here they told us "NEVER LET THEM TAKE YOUR GUNS".

This is what the police are doing now. The overzealous police are criminalizing so much conduct that virtually everyone commits a felony nowadays. Therefore technically they could take virtually everyones guns. Be careful of what you ask for.

You've asked for more police and you've got them.So don'tcry
