what the people above said.
but i would add to that, you should start getting your resume together and start looking for a new job. there is no future in working for a company that treats its employees so poorly. start looking for a company that will treat you with respect.
i had the misfortune to work for a company with a similar attitude and my biggest regret is not having quit sooner. places like that see their employees as disposable. They invest nothing in you and toss you out whenever it should become convenient for them.
Don't let them waste any more of your life than is absolutely necessary.

That is a violation of labor laws.
If you are working, then you MUST be paid for that time. If you are not paid for that time, then you are being stolen from.
Your boss can not clock out for you. That is highly illegal.
Breaks: If you work 4-6 hours = 15 minute break
If you work 6-8 hours = 30 minute break
If you work 8 hours or more = 30 minute break + 15 min.

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) sets minimum wage and overtime pay standards for employment. The Act also gives the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Wage Hour Division the authority to investigate and gather data regarding the wages and hours of employment for entities subject to the requirements of the Act. Employers that violate minimum wage or overtime pay provisions may have to pay back wages and penalties.
This act of your employer amounts to wrongful restraint. The legal definition of wrongful restraint is:
Whoever voluntarily obstructs any person, so as to prevent that person from proceeding in any direction in which that person has a right to proceed, is said wrongfully to restrain that person.
you must contact the US Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, Washington DC at 866-487-9243.

Starting this month(June 2010),nobody can buy alcohol(that's the only thing I know so far) unless you have a valid ID.That was only limited for minors, you could only buy it starting at the age of 21,but now even obvious-looking adults are required to show proof of ID.I don't think it has to do with health issues;everybody knows that anyone can get health problems due to alcohol consumption,NOT just minors.I noticed this change since the ***** Jan Brewer signed her sorry-@ss law.In other words, this is just another way for them to try to round up illegals=is about immigration policies, not the well being of citizens.I wonder what else will become illegal or require proof of IDs even for adults(cigarettes, food, sex toys, etc).
