I am 15 and I go to a lot of drinking parties. I don't hang out with "the bad" crowd, but everyone in high school around here goes to parties. I know in the states the drinking age is 21, so i am wondering if it makes a difference to what age the drinking parites start? is it older than 15?

"The idea that the Guard is overstretched is correct," retired Army Gen. George Joulwan said in an interview. But he said its use in a supporting role can be justified, given the seriousness of the border problem. A supporting role is not what Bush presented to the American people back in May. Do you support this weak action? What about all the terrorists they said will come up through Mexico?

It's amazing that the government can find billions of dollars to pay for a war that a majority of the American public feels is misguided at best or put space shuttles out of the atmosphere for no real purpose other than to show off our technological might, and yet when we ask our politicians why there is not government sponsored, free health care for everyone we are told that it is too expensive. Think of the good that this country could do if it redirected the money spent on this war to support it's own citizens. Think about how many people could be fed (New Orleans) with the money saved from cancelling one multi-million dollar space shuttle launch. How much alternative fuel research could be accomplished if we took even half of the money being spent on the Iraq war and redirected it. Even the White House has admitted that there are no ties between Saddam and al Queda and that Iraq did NOT have WMDs. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS AND OUR CITIZENS, NOT THE WAR!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't sodomy legalized? I'm a bit confused though, because I just heard of a case where a woman was raped, so they charged the man with both rape and sodomy. It's very unfortunate, but does that meant that sodomy is still a crime? Is it only legal when it's between two consenting adults?

Why is it that our government is taking away the right for a woman to make her own choice? If a woman does not want to have a baby, why should she be forced to? it is her body, not the governments body. men have it easy, stick it in pull it out...It is not murder, but a right of choice if a woman chooses abortion, better that leaving a full term baby in the bushes!!!

“Bush tried to stop Congress from setting up its own 9/11 investigation.… When he couldn’t stop Congress, he then tried to stop an independent 9/11 commission from being formed.”

The original effort by the White House was to limit the scope of the 9/11 investigation to only two congressional committees. “President Bush asked House and Senate leaders yesterday to allow only two congressional committees to investigate the government's response to the events of Sept. 11, officials said.” Mike Allen, “Bush Seeks To Restrict Hill Probes Of Sept. 11; Intelligence Panels' Secrecy Is Favored,” Washington Post, January 30, 2002.
“I, of course, want the Congress to take a look at what took place prior to Sept. 11. But since it deals with such sensitive information, in my judgment, it’s best for the ongoing war against terror that the investigation be done in the intelligence committees,” President Bush said. David Rosenbaum, “Bush Bucks Tradition on Investigation,” The New York Times, May 26, 2002.
“Angry lawmakers [McCain, Pelosi, Lieberman] accused White House Friday of secretly trying to derail creation of an independent commission to investigate the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks while professing to support the idea.” Helen Dewar, “Lawmakers Accuse Bush of 9/11 Deceit,” Los Angeles Times, October 13, 2002.

I'm not a Bush fan, but to say Bush had something to do with the towers coming down is a lot of Bull, it is a sure thing in the US, that some S.O.B will try and make a buck out of any situation, no matter how hideous the crime, and i spit on those who think they can get any cash out of me for some bull sh it story.

Any explosives expert would tell you that buildings are taken down from the base, not from the top.

The Twin Towers came down because the intense heat from the aviation fuel weakened the metal structure, the wait of the floors above the fire was finally to much to bear for the weakened supports, and the top floors collapsed, accelerating and gaining wait as they fell, taking out all the floors below.

It is as simple as that, and no S.O.B is gonna make a buck out of me saying anything else.

Very soon I will be becoming an American citizen - it a choice I made for a better life for me and my family. I will uphold every promise I make to my new country and be proud to be a citizen here.

But somewhere deep down I still feel strongly for my natural motherland as well, India, and a great pride of belonging to it - for example some songs about Indian patriotism and it's fight for freedom and will make me emotional as no American songs/ poems can, I can identify myself more for what Gandhi stood for than any American leader (no offence meant here), and so on.

Is this a feeling that is just peculiar to me or has anyone who has been in my situation felt it? Serious answers only, please!

Signs of the End of the Age
1And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2And Jesus said unto them, "See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down."

3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4And Jesus answered and said unto them, "Take heed that no man deceive you. 5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8All these are the beg of sorrows
