Father passed Aug.9/2006, Social Security called and did her application over phone, told her she'd get around $800.00 a month. But she gets letter today showing a lump some of $255.00, is this all she get. Father retired from Air Force, also worked for the V.A. hospital as a physician assistant, was on workman's comp., but upon death retirement kick in. My father had been working since the age of 17. Besides the $255.00, will my mother receive anything else from social security.

What makes an adult ok to swear? Is it because of more knowledge or experience with life? I dont see a difference whether you are 100 or a 1 year old, words are words in any matter and every way. I feel a violation im my first amendment.

what is the penalty for having a fake ID in california while being over the age of 18?
i got my fake ID taken away in sonoma coounty while being searched because my friends had alcohol in their hands when we walked outside i didnt have nething in my possession except my fake ID and it got takin away and got a ticket im 18 years old and i was curious to see what the penalty will be... my FAKE I.D had MY NAME on it MY PICTURE and ALL MY REAL INFORMATION even my DRIVERS LICENSE I.D # except it said i was 22 instead of 18 so i'm pretty sure it cant be IDENTITY THEFT because it had all of the above information on it but i have no idea what the reprocussions will be for this so if ne one could help it would be greatly appreciated
ex. $500 fine, community service, license suspension etc.
if ne one at all could help me out it would calm my nerves dramatically thank you for all who answer i really appreciate it

I'm sorry but it doesn't! mexico lost it in a war. It's really sad that they can't let that fact go. I'm so sick of hearing all these mexican/pro illegals say that if we don't give it back to mexico you are going to make us wish we did. My father who is still young, but will be old very soon, rejects to write up a will. He says that all of his belongings will be mine. I disagree because I overheard that the government can take everything away without a will. Is a will an actual legal document that is needed, or just a derivation of a contract? Also, is it explicit that it is an important and mandatory form that must be completed?
