I am speaking of people who say that it is wrong to say bad things about an entire religion. I ask: Why? This is especially in regards to criticism of Islam, because it is all too trendy to criticize Christianity. Doing so is a way to prove you are a member of the "in" crowd. Often though, the same people wil pounce on you if you dare question the the revealed truth that Islam is a religion of peace. Or if you even dare question some of the absurd things about it, like Mohammed talking as soon as he is born, and cutting his own umbilical cord, or ascending to heaven on a winged horse.

Religion is not like a birth defect, or skin color. It is not a congenital fact of life. Religion is a choice. Even if a person is born into it, they have a choice later. Accept it or accept reason. For a person to choose to be a Muslim, to me, is as laughable as someone who chooses to be a believer in a flat earth.

So why am I told that it is wrong to criticize that religion?

if you want to stay in our country thay must abide by the law of the land not islamic law if not leave ( hear hear) if only our british goverment had said the same why is the british goverment sooo scared also racism works two ways

Most of the one i see crying about immigrants.Are either young or has no idea of the laws for visas.first of all you should know what you are talking about before you speak.People claim they want to stop illegal immigrants then change the laws.
I am a American faced with the laws of immigration in order to bring my wife here to live.So i know what i am talking about.The laws as they stand are worng.
First for spouse of people do away with visa.But do a back round check and medical check.That is fair.
Second let them that can find sponcers though family or employment come here and work.But also start taxeing them as we Americans are taxed.Dont give them five years without paying taxes.This will boost the econamy
Third any immigrant that is caught here illlegally would loose all chances of ever being able to come back to the USA legally.
Fourth have the same policies as there country does on vistor visa for vacations.Now cry babies what wrong with this?
