They should've had a bad year along time ago. Starting when they held hostages for 144 days back in the 70s. We should have put them in their place then, and we wouldn't be dealing with them today. Thanks Jimmy Carter.

Well they probably do and I think they took the risks knowing they can have the ability to weather them. Still there is no concrete proof of nuclear weaponry. Their new nuclear industry should be profitable. But not until the US and the UN impose more embargos and expand sanctions. It is quite possible that Iran will become another theater of the US war, and Bush won't hesitate to push the kill button if Iran proves to much of a threat to US world domination.

Well when Israel decides to hit them with a massive airstrike I would say YES! Maybe not a bad year but definetely a very, very bad couple of days!

IF THE UN & THE US OF A THINK THAT SANCTIONS ARE GOING TO MAKE IT BAD FOR THE IRANINAS, THEN THEY ARE SADLY MISTAKEN.
YOU SEE, THE SOCIETY IS DEEPLY DIVIDED & MAJORITY IF THE POPULATION DO NOT BUY THE CRAZY PRESIDENTS ANTICS. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE COLLECTIVE ISSUE OF THE NATION , EVERY ONE OF THEM IS GOING TO PUT THEIR DIFFENRENCES ASIDE & STAND BEHIND THE PRESIDENT.
SO THE EFFECT OF SANCTIONS IS NOT GOING TO BE FELT AS MUCH. EVEN IF IT DOES HURT THEM, YOU & ME WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THIS...........

On past record they are not stupid, I have no sympathy for the mullah regime, but as opposed to the US and Blair they don't expect people to wag their tails and lick their hands after they've thrown bombs at them.
