Smoking is a choice that smokers make freely so they shouldn't be allowed to sue. Yet, tobacco executives who knowingly target the marketing of dangerous drugs to our children and who are purposely making those drugs more addictive and deadly should be liable for criminal charges like reckless endangerment or murder.

The Health Department has found that in the last 6 years the levels of nicotine in cigarettes has by design risen 10 %, making it harder to quit and easier to get hooked.

The study showed increased amounts of nicotine are now delivered to the lungs of smokers regardless of brand.

The study was done in Massachusetts as it is one of only three states that requires tobacco companies to submit information about nicotine.

Marlboro, Newport and Camel brands intensely marketed towards young smokers now deliver more nicotine than they did only a few years ago. More black smokers smoke menthols so it’s very significant that the nicotine in them rose more than 20 %.

Nelson, to me, perfected the art of war: who are your hero's?

His victories at the Nile & Trafalger were stunning in implications for EVERY single person on this planet and in their stategy and tactics

By the way, none of that pacifist business please: wars happen, the death or glory attitude has changed the course of human history more than any religion or natural disaster and shaped the world everyone is now a product of...if you don't agree find a nice question about kittens or trees or dreams or something to play with...this one is for the realists and true students of history and anthropology

I mean personal financial aid, seems that some want more than what they had, but is that fair to America. Helping them would be fine but to compensate each one with more than what they had, why not help them to get to where they were and then they can handle it from there. We shouldn't be so relient on the Govt. to assists us all the time, a boost would help but then responsibility should be taken into effect by the individual. Why rebuild a city below sea level, when that was a factor in the destruction of it?

weak willed politicians serving up what there masters want or power seeking rich know it alls with a plan to save america like kerry who in the end will only cause more harm then good .
WE need real men who can stand on there own two feet and make the hard choices we must make to reduce spending ,poverty ,taxes ,and the burden of disasters in america . I watched a real american take charge in a crisses . A three star general who restored sanity to New O'rleans once he was called to do so .
SEEMS you need a man who is not afraid to lead the people and resolve problems who can not be questioned in his choices but followed .
WHEn will this kind of caliber of man run for public office and lead america into the future with its head held high unafraid of the dangers we all face .

the question was.. How did Cheney avoid Vietnam.. and this is one of the answers from a very vocal Neogoon that's on here all the time... what is treason or slander in a society that boasts about free speech.. he is entitled to his position but please clarify your thoughts here.. we aren't all like this right ?

quote>

Don't spend a lot of time worrying about it.
Bill Clinton was a draft dodger, committed acts of treason while living off us taxpayers when in Britian, and hated the military.
And then spent the rest of his life attacking and raping women while living off the taxpayers.

Don't you dare fly the American flag in California, even if it represents the blood, sweat, and tears of brave men and women that have fought to defend it. Enjoy the picture, as this is what the American Southwest will look like soon. Very sad, but it will become true:

My fellow Americans, we might as well start stitching together the Tricolores together and fly them on our houses. We have lost the fight, and our representatives don't care.

People complaining on how google has a liberal bias, or yahoo has a liberal bias and have suggested that they be banned. There would be a lot of banning back and forth if this was allowed, I got a better idea, if it has a point of view you don't like, stay away from it, wouldn't that work better?

Message: If thats the case..we need to attack Bush's family friends in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Lebonnon and a host of other Islamic countires..Plus the millions of muslims that live here in the states..If the war stopped today we wouldve spent 400 billion to topple war torn Iraq...it would cost several TRILLION dollars to destroy Islam...Add it up= you are stupid as hell.

He asked a question about Iran not being the cause of 9/11. I agreed and gave my answer about how the war is with the Jihadist Muslims and that country has many Jihadist Muslims and supported their cause against America. He contacted me simply to insult me. Can we not have a debate with our questions and answers without liberals loosing their cool and emailing insults? If you are going to insult me do it in you question or answer, don't send me an email to do it. How pathetic...!?!
