Bereftcat - I am poor. My husband and I have been married for 37 years. I shop at Goodwill and drive a 15 year old car. I have to watch every penny at the grocery store. There are some rich Republicans, but there are more rich Democrats. I am a Republican because it is the party that would actually give you the shirt off it's back. The Democrats always give you the shirt off someone elses back, they never give up their own. Republicans are more proud to be an American and are willing to fight to defend it. Democrats are nasty and complain about everything. I'm proud to be a Republican, I wish everybody was one.

Hopefully one that can think for herself and make up her mind that the ideals of the Republican party will make her country a good place to live. (The same should be said about a woman who votes Democrat).
