Just curious to know what affects you more personally. Have you been affected personally by either?

I just had my job at Washington Mutual outsourced to India. They even asked us if we wanted to go over there and train them to do our jobs??????? Unfortunately this is the 3rd call center I have worked at that has closed and the unemployment office won't provide me with CAT (commisioner approved training) so that I don't have to look for a job while going to school.

Every Single American
Is Directly And Adversely Affected
By Outsourcing And ILLEGAL Immigration

Whether They Are Smart Enough To Realize It Or Not

Outsourcing - not as much as the illegals. It is very annoying to try to get customer service somewhere (via telephone) and then have difficulty understanding the person because of their thick (usually Indian) accent.

Illegals?

Driving is more dangerous - drunks, no insurance, little driving experience. Yes, those are problems with all races - but illegal aliens shouldn't be here anyway so the ratio would decrease.

Crime has increased - disproportionately to the increase in population. Thus, my DH's job as a police officer has become more dangerous.

We are seeing gang activity. Something that did not occur before the influx of illegal aliens.

The treatment of long time employees degraded at local manufacturing plants when the illegals came to our area.

The quality of education has decreased as teachers are forced to cater to non-english speaking children. More gang type activity in our schools.

The social services system is pushed beyond capacity by the demands of illegal aliens - who, IMO, should not qualify for any assistance.

I'm in construction i can't say that they are directly affecting me but they are filling low level jobs that force other citizens to seek higher level jobs and this means more people to fill slots so wage increases have been slow through supply and demand

then i also have to follow workmanship that is not the best because they don't do very good work and that makes my job harder

i could list more affects but don't care to go into all of it

Yes, I have been directly affected by both. Outsourcing affects the rate of unemployment, which in turn causes employers to have to pay more unemployment insurance taxes which in turn causes the price of items to go up to offset the taxes paid. Illegal immigration also causes taxes to go up because there are illegals who use state funded hospitals for their medical needs. They also contribute to all sorts of social programs' costs which also causes taxes to go up. They both combined are costing US citizens more money each year that they continue to grow. I am against both.

ditto on both accounts - illegals deported first then outsourcing second

deporting en masse #1 priority
