We often hear about the Bill of Rights but I feel one part is missing. In foreign constitutions, it balances out because not only do they have the "Bill of Rights" but they also have whats called the "Bill of Duties" Should America include a "Bill of Duties" in the constitution?

My friend has worked as a chef in a resteraunt (in the UK) for three months and has just been fired. It has come as quite a shock as he has had no warnings and the only real reason that has been given is that he is supposed to have made threats against the buisness. All seems a bit daft as he was working well and thought everything was ok. He had no verbal or written warning and the manager refuses to give details of who has made these aligations or talk the matter over properly. There are also issues with his last pay packet. It all seems so unfair, not to mention strange. What can my friend do or should he just forget it and move on.

Just an observation of whats been happening in the past 6 years with regard to more and more laws, rules, and regulations (Patriot Act, NSA phonetaps, undercover police at political events). I've been pulled over by Ohio highway patrol, and city police in Ohio and West Virginia. West Virginia gave me a speeding ticket. No one has ever mentioned to me I have an NCIC warrant, except my PO in California. I want to visit someone in jail in Ohio, but don't know if I can. It would seem like if I indeed had a warrant, it would have came up.

My african-american neighbors constantly let their teenager kids out even during the midnight. Their kids would play dodge ball or basket ball in the street and they purposely hit the parked cars in the street ( including mine). I've already noticed a few dents which cause by my neighbor's kids and when I tried talking to their parents about it and they would deny it and say that I'm only making this up because I hate black people, which is not an issue at all. I just feel that I have the right to protect my property. Should I call the cops on them or any ways to stop their kids from damaging my car? Thanks
